Ingredients

1 bowl roughly chopped spinach or palak
1 bowl wheat flour ( you can take all purpose flour too but the healthier option is wheat flour )
½ bowl rinse and chopped green coriander leaves
1 chopped green chilli
Salt as per taste
½ teaspoon red chilli powder
1 teaspoon roasted cumin seeds

You can take dry ingredients according to your taste

Method of making palak paratha

• Take a bowl. Put wheat flour in it
• Add all ingredients one by one ( spinach, fresh coriander leaves, green chilli, salt, red chilli powder, roasted cumin seeds, )
• Add them well and knead a dough
• Spinach has its own moisture so sometimes in palak parathas there is no need to add water but if you see that dough is not combined well then you can use little water
• Pour few drops of oil on dough and keep it aside for 10 min
• Now heat up a tawa
• Roll a paratha and cook it on tawa until it turns golden brown
• You can brush oil both sides on partha while cooking
• Serve it with green chutney, any kind of curry, plain yogurt or raita.
