Homemade butter | Healthy Recipe
It’s very easy to make homemade butter at home. In sindhi language we call it makhan.
We can find processed factory made butter very easily in the market, but what about the actual and the real flavour and health of homemade butter?
Keeping the thought of healthy lifestyle with strength and desire style, I’m presenting you MAKHAN as said in sindhi.
You just need two ingredients for this homemade butter,
Homemade milk cream and 2 tablespoon curd.
How to collect homemade milk cream
Boil the milk properly and let it cool down for one hour. After 1 hour you will see a layer of cream. Collect this cream and store it in the freezer. Repeat this for a week.
How to make homemade butter
When get a bowl full of milk cream take it out from the freezer. Leave it for half an hour.
Now heat up a saucepan. Pour milk cream in it. Heat it for a min then add curd. Give it a quick stir. Turn off the flame and cover it for around 5 to 6 hours.
After that blend this in blender or a food processor until you see the butter separating away. Add cold water so butter smoothly comes out.
Yummy homemade butter is ready. Use it in any dish or simply brush it on any chapatti, naan, or burger.
