Aloo tuk | Tuk potato
My another sindhi recipe of ALOO TUK. Its simply yummy and delicious option for breakfast and a side dish. As always, I’ve used less oil which means that this recipe too, has less calories. With this, i have used less Masalas too so it doesn’t get too seasonal.
My children keep fussing about the main vegetable meals that i cook for them on daily basis as more veggies mean more health to them. just to end the chaos, i cook them these yummy aloo tuk as a side course. And to everyone’s wonder, they have the vegetable curry with aloo tuk without any mood change or a fuss.
This is clearly visible how delightful taste does this recipe have. Nothing, absolutely nothing can be able to replace this form of aloo.
Some people use raw potatoes in this recipe but just to skip the amount of oil i prefer this method. Do try this sindhi cuisine recipe and win your family’s heart. You can give it to your kids for school’s lunch box too.
