A perfect breakfast and brunch option. A  quick and easy recipe of aloo ki subji which anyone can make easily at home. An Asian variety which no one can deny to have. niether kids nor elders. so here is so delicious recipe of aloo ki subji

Ingredients,

Boiled potatoes/ aloo 3 to 4

Tomato puree 1 bowl

Green chilli chopped 1 to 2

Turmeric powder ½ teaspoon

Mustard seeds ½ teaspoon

Red chili powder ¼ teaspoon

Cooking oil according to your taste I prefer less oil so I took ½ tablespoon

Salt as per taste

Roaster cumin seeds

Chopped Coriander leaves

Curry leaves

Step wise method of aloo ki subji

  1. Take a saucepan
  2. Heat cooking oil
  3. Put mustard seeds, stir it for a while
  4. Add potatoes, leave it until it turns in little pinkish color
  5. Add tomato puree and other ingredients
  6. Cover the lid and cook till the oil comes on the surface.
  7. Check it in between
  8. Turn off the flame and garnish it with chopped coriander leaves

FOR TARKA

  1. Take a frying pan
  2. Pour 1 teaspoon oil on it
  3. Add curry leaves
  4. Stir it for a while
  5. Now add this tarka in aloo ki subji
  6. Yummy aloo ki subji is ready to serve

HAVE IT WITH

Chapatti, bread, plain paratha, any type of chilla or besan chilla
